If you have purchased one of the premium support options, follow the access instructions for that option.

Refer to your supplier for hardware problems with the data receiver.

Refer to your satellite installer for problems with the dish, LNB and cable run.

Support E-Mail

If you need to request support via support @ beyondsl.net please include the following information:

  1. A description of the problem.
  2. Your login and MAC address
  3. Take screen grabs of any error message.
  4. Describe what you were doing before the error message
  5. Tell us which troubleshooting guides you have tried.
  6. Tell us if you have made any recent changes to your PC hardware and software.
  7. The log report (Opensky Settings > Applications > Create a log report) and attach it to your e-mail.

This will help us diagnose your issue more quickly. Thank you.
