We have a range of information and support facilities to help you get the most from your Opensky system.

Installation Support Options

In addition to the dish and LNB external installation, we also offer options for installing and configuring the data receiver with your PC. You can choose as much or as little support as you prefer:

  1. Engineer Visit - to install and configure the data receiver
  2. Guided Phone Install - pre-booked phone support appointment to guide you through the install
  3. Premium Rate Phone Support - see below
  4. Purchase Options are listed on the order page.

The Manual

Check the StartUp Guide (User Manual) on your CD. If you have an issue that isn't covered in your manual, you may need to consult the FAQs.
