Welcome to our ShopLike any good shop, we'll try to give you the information, answers and advice you want so you can choose the service that's right for you.
Whatever your preference, all the options are laid out step-by-step in our online shop . Before you visit the shop, we recommend you review the options below. Your OptionsStep 1 - Choose your SubscriptionAll subscriptions share the same speed profile. The difference between them is the monthly amount of data at each Priority speed. More details are here. If you're not sure which one you want, we suggest you choose the entry level at £19.99. Should you need more, you can upgrade easily. There's no annual contract - your minimum commitment is 1 month, you can change subscriptions up or down each month and your notice period is 30 days. Step 2 - Tell us your Receiver MAC AddressIf you've already got a data receiver from a Eurosat BeyonDSL Dealer or elsewhere, we need to know its MAC Address. OR Step 3 - Order a Data ReceiverIf you don't already have one. Step 4 - Order a Dish InstallationYou have 5 options depending on where you live, whether or not you want Opensky on the same dish as Sky and whether or not you have more than one Sky receiver - for example if you have a Sky+ box.
We will arrange for the installer to contact you for a mutually convenient installation date. This is usually within 2 weeks. Step 5 - Support OptionsIn addition to the dish and LNB external installation, we also offer options for installing and configuring the data receiver with your PC. You can choose as much or as little support as you prefer. You can review the options here. Step 6 - Personal DetailsYourself, your address (must be same as credit card billing address) and your computer operating system. Step 7 - Credit Card DetailsAnd that's it! Thank you for placing the order. What Happens Next?When we receive your order, we will confirm it to you and start to process it. Subscription charges start when the account is activated. If you have only ordered a subscription, once we have activated your account, we will e-mail you with your login and password (typically within 8 hours during office hours) . If you have ordered a data receiver and support options, we will despatch them and charge your card. You will need to contact us at sales @ beyondsl.net to tell us when you want us to activate your subscription. If you have ordered a complete installation, we will arrange for a convenient date and charge your card when the installation has been completed.
