Manhattan Support Page

The Manhattan DVB-IP1000 is a variant of the TechnoTrend S1300 and the Hauppauge WinTV Nova USB.

Inaccurate Polarisation Display

There is a known issue with this receiver and OSControl inaccurately reporting Horizontal polarisation on the Vertical pol 11.449GHz transponder c-12 on W3. This was fixed by the drivers issued 19 Feb 2004.

How OPENSKY and the Manhattan should initialise

Knowing what is supposed to happen when OPENSKY starts up with OS Control can help you troubleshoot. If you don't get an AMBER light as well as a GREEN one on your Manhattan, review this document.

Uninstall and Reinstall

If you suspect that an install has not been successful, it may be easier to uninstall and start from scratch. This document refers to OPENSKY and the Manhattan receiver.
