Launched in UK in December

ASTRA announced that it has introduced new service packages that significantly increase the available speeds of the service, with download rates of up to 4,096 kbit/s and upload rates of up to 360 kbit/s. The expanded offering enables customers to choose from a variety of flexible service packages in order to meet their requirements for high-speed internet access and high quality internet-based telephone calls (VoIP).

The expanded ASTRA2Connect service includes packages with download speeds ranging from 256 kbit/s to 4,096 kbit/s, and allows end users to connect to the internet with free download volumes at all times. The expanded service also offers volume limited packages with a fixed download volume of 2 - 4 GB per month, and a dedicated business package featuring an increased upload of up to 360 kbit/s and advanced VoIP connection for businesses.
